Shops support Zepter business model


ZEPTER International is a global enterprise which produces, sells and distributes exclusive, high-quality consumer goods all around the world. Every day a Zepter presentation by one of 120,000 Representatives starts every two seconds somewhere in the world – including Slovenia.
Zepter boasts seven factories and operates in over 40 countries on five continents not only through direct sales but also with many shops and pavilions located on the finest avenues of major cities.
Every year more than 60 million people participate in a Zepter presentation and to date over 600 million products have been sold. Created over many years of relentless scientific research and technological development, Zepter products represent a unique system offering a complete solution for a healthy lifestyle. Zepter products are organised in five brand divisions: medical, cosmetics, luxury, home art (cookware) and homecare.
Zepter in Slovenia is available across the country through more than 100 Representatives. “In the past 20 years we are proud to have gained the confidence of over 70,000 households,” said Brand Manager Andreja Pogorelcnik. “In this way Zepter products have become an essential part of day to day life and changed the lifestyle of almost 20 per cent of the Slovenian population. The past two decades have been very successful as over 350,000 products with a value of more than €57 million have been sold in Slovenia,” she added.
“We are inspired by the fact that our Representatives have established solid ties with the great majority of customers so that our friends, as we may say, remain satisfied. This has been managed by quality, design, product functionality and by real dedication to the ideal of health and beauty reflected by our Representatives,” said Andreja. “Our sales force is specifically trained to provide a highly professional and quality presentation of Zepter products. The network of direct sellers varies through the year and is backed up with a stimulating system of rewards, possibilities for advancement and the offer of incentive trips for the most successful.
“Since opening here in 1990, we have been persistently growing and developing. We have opened our own exclusive showrooms in all major Slovenian cities – Ljubljana, Maribor and Celje and of course in Slovenj Gradec, where we have our local head office.
“Here in Slovenia not only do we sell Zepter products but we also produce them. We are proud to have organised this manufacturing facility which is entirely the result of Slovenian expertise and sold in all Zepter countries around the world.
“Despite our relatively short period of existence we have made Zepter a well-known name in the Slovenian market. People do not link it to just one product range. Instead, Zepter has become a synonym for quality products and a healthier lifestyle,” added Andreja.
