FLORIAN KAUFMANN

FLORIAN KAUFMANN

Managing Director
Germany & Austria,
Forever Living Products

GETTING to know his new management team is Florian Kaufmann, newly-appointed Managing Director of Forever Living Products for Germany and Austria, based in Munich.

He brings with him a wealth of business experience from the automotive industry, including the role of European Sales and Marketing Director for British Car Auction, specialists in the re-marketing of used vehicles. Prior to that, Florian’s career had seen him successfully hold senior positions with major car manufacturers such as VW, Fiat and Toyota/Lexus culminating in him taking some time out to obtain an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) in the United States during 2005/2006.

“In recent years my goal was to change to another industry, somewhere more suited to my natural inclination to think outside the box,” he said. “The automotive industry is a conservative environment where decisions are often made for political reasons and dealers who are not always enthusiastic and positive. I wanted something different that would allow me to take a risk in order to grow and succeed.”

Having been exposed to the direct selling industry through Forever Living Products, Florian is certain he has found the right environment. “I was introduced to this world where Distributors are highly motivated and obviously enjoy their work immensely. The company did not try to convince me with words but showed me their world so I could recognise the potential for myself through my own experience.” Florian’s immediate priorities are to get to know his team, gain a deeper understanding of the business and so develop a strategy to return the local business to peak performance.
