Michele Thomas
Michele Thomas has now left her position with the UK Direct Selling Association as Membership Services Manager to return to her original business roots in the recruitment sector. Michele, who was an extremely popular figure at the UK DSA, will be missed by the members, who appreciated her commitment and cheerful manner. With more than 20 years of recruiting experience at all levels, Michele has set up her own company, Thomas Brown Recruitment. She and her small team of recruiters will be offering a first class service to clients and candidates alike in the following sectors: Direct Selling, Finance/Accounting, Design & Creative, Sales & Marketing and Administration/Secretarial.
Michele is divorced with teenage children and lives in Buckinghamshire with her West Highland Terrier, Alfie.

Ola Strömberg
The Board of Directors in Bure’s subsidiary, Mercuri International Group AB, has appointed Ola Strömberg as new President and CEO. He succeeds the current President and CEO Susanne Lithander. Ola joined Mercuri from his previous position of Managing Director of Oriflame Cosmetics in China.
Ola Strömberg is 40 years old with academic degrees from Lund University and University of Wisconsin. He has held various managerial positions within Modern Times Group, Spray Ventures, Trader Classified Media and, most recently, headed important growth markets for Oriflame Cosmetics in Asia.
The current CEO of the group, Susanne Lithander, remained in her position until Ola took up his new duties in November 2010.
