‘Optimal Lifestyle’ promoted by new European direct seller

by Annie Roberts

Pino Tremonte

Any direct selling company claiming a ‘first’ for Europe can anticipate the attention of industry enthusiasts — Pachira International is no exception.

THE much-anticipated launch of a new nutritional programme is being masterminded by a team of direct selling specialists. They are using their experience and influence to create new distribution networks from Ireland to Poland in just a year.

“It is a challenge,” admitted Pino Trimonte, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, for the newly-fl edged business, who is proud of the company’s European roots. Its pre-launch campaign notes claim that the business ‘is the first European direct seller of nutritional programmes’.

And it continues, ‘A new company created with the ambitious goal of ‘Promoting Optimal Lifestyle’ throughout the world.’

But before the team can fulfil this ambition and conquer the world, they must first meet the challenge of growing the company in the 16 chosen countries across Europe.

Pino said, “We consider ourselves a little bit different from the traditional company and are truly European based.”

Pachira InternationalThe strong European links of the company, headed up by its Chief Executive Officer Paul Jervis, are an integral part of its launch strategy backed up by years of scientific research and investment into the products. Unlike other companies that are selling programmes and products developed in other parts of the world, Pachira International is building its business on strong European foundations.

“The management team and the founders are European. We are going for a sophisticated market and there are many complex regulations and cultures that are different in each country,” said Pino.

“It is a challenge for us but one we are keen to take on. We know there will be additional challenges because we have chosen these markets but when we deal with these it will be beneficial when we move to other countries in the future.

“It is not that these other markets are not sophisticated it is because the first countries we have chosen need a lot ofeffort,” he added.

The experienced team includes market openers in each chosen country who are clearly expected to have an insight into what makes their own country’s market tick.

On offer will be Pachira International’s ‘revolutionary approach’ to deliver fi ve optimal lifestyle factors – the social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional and physical.

The company’s driving forces believe this can be achieved by individuals adopting a simple approach, outlined in the pre-launch brief.

“Our entire philosophy is based on helping you achieve ‘The Optimal Lifestyle’ taking care of the fi ve fundamental factors of everyone’s life. That includes not only financial wealth but also the riches of good health, friendship, intelligence and fulfilment,” he said.

While Pachira International has big ambitions to be different it has been keen to stick to basics that can make the difference between success and failure of a newly launched direct selling company.

The team of independent sales professionals currently being recruited will be at the heart of the company’s growth.

“These people will understand the complexities involved in each country and how to work with different cultures. This is a sophisticated market and we are very well aware that there are more and more products available but we believe we are different,” Pino said.

Pachira International’s approach is capturing the imagination of individuals already working within Europe’s direct selling industry. Like others in the management team Pino has a wealth of experience in the direct selling industry. Other specialists are also keen to use their skills to work with Pachira International.

Pino said, “In this pre-launch phase we have had a number of experienced Networkers knocking on our doors who are very interested in what we are doing. We find that talking to these professionals is important. They want to embrace our philosophy and they get excited about our products and our expansion plans and want to share in our passion.”

One decision is that independent sales professionals will pay the same price for all programmes and registration fees wherever they are based in Europe.

Expectations for any new recruits will be high but Pino stressed how each will be valued for embracing the company’s aggressive strategy.

“We are still a traditional company when it comes to people. We will be treating our professionals with respect, giving them support and providing them with the necessary materials to help them achieve success. We want to give them every possible support.”

The company was officially launched in mid-October 2009 and in October 2010 the plan is to extend in to even more countries, most likely in eastern Europe. One of the indicators for the success of the campaign will be a ‘celebration’ being planned for Dubai in June – a key date in the management team’s diaries.

A business specialising in nutritional health needs to overcome a wealth of regulations to ensure it fulfils all scientific criteria.

Pachira International believes its range of products ‘dramatically raise the standard for food supplements’ through a new nutritional science called Orodietology.

The management team believe the scientific breakthrough that was made through Europe-based research will impress demanding customers with high expectations.

Pino said, “The five programmes will appeal to consumers in these markets and are backed up by results from the international science community.”

Pino explained how the science behind the range of products highlighted why he took the decision to join the company.

Life is good for those like Pino, who have already embraced Pachira International’s ambitious campaign life. Only time will tell if the ambitious campaign will help others achieve the ‘optimal lifestyle’.

Legend has it that the Pachira tree, commonly called the ‘money tree’, brings wealth and prosperity.

Followers of Feng Shui believe the tree’s five intertwined trunks topped with five green leaves on each branch will bring in money. The trunks act as a cage so the money is trapped into any home where the tree is placed.

Pachira International believe this is the perfect symbol for those who want to achieve The Optimal Lifestyle through attaining not only financial wealth but also the riches of good health, friendship, intelligence and fulfilment.
