A print and web specialist business is showing it is prepared to go the extra mile for direct selling business demanding effective bespoke packages. One of the latest clients for Just Digital is Ann Summers, the leading lingerie and adult toy retailer.

In the case of Ann Summers this has meant that alongside the usual business cards, stationery items and branded T-shirts available on its newly created website, Ann Summers Tools, there will be a pink tape measure and a whole range of other bespoke branded items sourced by the team at Just Digital.

It is these individual touches that have enabled the company to attract new clients from across the direct selling industry. Another new signing is Nature’s Sunshine, a US-based enterprise, while thriving companies like skin care specialists Arbonne and Pampered Chef were the first two to recognise the benefits of working alongside Just Digital.

Managing Director Adam Hill is delighted that a growing number of already successful direct selling businesses are taking the opportunity to make life easier for Consultants while protecting their brand identity.

“It is a simple idea but one that makes sense for companies,” said Adam, who is planning the company’s move to larger premises later this year. While still retaining its excellent links to the motorway network it will give Just Digital the chance to extend its services to meet the growing needs of individual customers.

Adam continued, “We are able to work with the clients and listen to what their Distributors want and then put together an individual package that will enable them to manage and grow their business.”—Kyle Rowe, Party Plan Director at Ann Summers, who has been closely involved with the development of the new website, is confident that the decision to work with Just Digital will bring real benefits.

Prior to the site going live he said, “We are excited by the launch of our site as it will provide an enhanced selection of tools for our Organisers whilst retaining control over the brand.

“Just Digital have invested heavily in time and costs to get this launch perfect and will be supporting the roll out on our next sales tour. Leveraging the industry economies of scale is good business sense in the current market and to be able to offer more for less is a fantastic position to be in.”

An easy to use website and swift delivery are vital but Just Digital enables direct selling companies to not only create online relationships through Twitter and Facebook but run telephone support lines on behalf of each client and produce regular activity reports.

Just Digital’s Senior Sales Manager Owen Purkis, a regular at conferences run by clients, explained, “We recognise how important it is for Distributors to stay in touch so we offer more than just an impersonal website. We want to understand more about the direct selling industry and the people and the conferences are a great way to put names to faces.”

The invaluable feedback gives decision makers at direct selling companies an opportunity to look at new products and incentives.

Owen said, “We are always bringing on new products but we are in the position to see what does work and doesn’t work for different companies. We talk direct to Consultants and will learn all the time about what might work out, without the risk of losing money.”
