Happy Birthday Oriflame Portugal! 25 years fulfilling your dreams!
Oriflame Portugal was born in 1985, founded by Beatriz Teixeira de Mesquita, and has been managed since 1997 by Carlos Abrantes.
The slogan chosen for 2010 could not be more accurate– ‘Dare to Dream’. There have been many who have dared to dream over the years and have managed to achieve what they thought impossible. But they have, and that’s why we are here – an internal team of over 100 people based in Portugal working every day to provide a service to more than 10 million Portuguese people through the achievements of 40,000 Consultants.
My personal congratulations to all Consultants and Staff who have worked for this success, and that’s why we want to really celebrate. It is with great excitement that we are preparing for 2010, the year of our 25th anniversary, to meet our objectives and better our 2009 results at all levels.
As a symbol of our anniversary, we have created a logo of 25 years Oriflame Portugal. This logo will be in all communications made during 2010, as well as on the cover of all catalogues this year.
To start the year, we will have the annual conference with 600 people. We will have many surprises in store for Oriflame Consultants and Staff. Humour, creativity, memories and emotions will mark this great event, which not only recognises the Oriflame values but launches a celebration cycle of 25 years of Oriflame Portugal. These events will coincide with the opening of our ‘Brand Experience Area’, which is a specially designated space in the Oriflame office that can accommodate up to 150 people. There, our Consultants can experience Oriflame and remember it forever!
For those who work for this company with passion, their aspiration is the annual trip. In 2010, this is a dream cruise of 12 nights with nine different destinations through Spain, Italy, France and even possibly Corsica!
Throughout 2010, when a Consultant places an order in the catalogue following their birthday, they will receive our congratulations via a surprise gift specially reserved for them. In addition to this, on the 25th day of each month, we will celebrate our 25th anniversary at the Oriflame office. We are planning welcoming events, where visiting Consultants can not only participate in a prize draw of the 25 best-selling Oriflame products in Portugal but also enjoy a make-up session and a massage as well as other special activities. They can also meet and experience the new products being launched as well as hear all the news and meet Ambassador Diana Pereira.
Because we know not everyone has the opportunity to travel to all of the monthly events, Consultants who place an order via the Internet will receive a surprise gift, such as the opportunity to purchase a selection of 25 products at special prices.
The 365 days of 2010 will be full of events, promotions and a lot of surprises!
