Forever Living Achieves Investors in People Champion Status
Forever Living UK has been awarded IIP Champions status, which is a great honour, following their early success last year in achieving IIP Gold status.
Investors in People Champions are a prestigious group of role model organisations who promote Investors in People through a series of best-practice sharing activities. Champions are a wide-ranging group of companies from the private, public and third sector. They also range in size from less than ten to thousands of employees, so they can provide relevant assistance to any organisation interested in becoming recognised as an Investor in People.
The purpose of the Champions programme is:
- To recognise and reward organisations which have been outstanding in promoting the values and principles of Investors in People. They lead by example in the way they manage and develop their people.
- To share and learn, encouraging the dissemination of good practice in people management, to support continuous improvement, and raise performance.
- To champion Investors in People.
Champion status is only achievable by organisations that have achieved gold recognition as an Investor in People. This highlights once again that Forever Living are leading the way in identifying, supporting and encouraging people to develop their potential.
Managing Director Bob Parker said, “There is no question that our being an IIP accredited company has helped us commercially in the last seven years. Therefore, we are delighted to have achieved Champion status. As our industry is still in its pioneering stage, and sometimes not acknowledged as being a real alternative for people to create their future incomes by, it has helped us immensely. Many times potential new Distributors have commented about the IIP status. It has given them confidence that we are a credible company, and that the industry is credible. It has impacted on the confidence of our existing Distributors to attract others in a very positive, measurable way.
“It’s my belief that our industry is poised to be recognised as a very viable option for someone wanting to create extra income for themselves and be a very real challenge to the franchise industry. Investors in People can only be of benefit on this journey.
