ELLAPURE LAUNCHES INTO GERMAN MARKET
Northamptonshire-based health and beauty company, EllaPure, has announced its first official global expansion into the German direct selling industry. The strategic move into the German health and beauty market follows several months of negotiations and will see EllaPure retain full control of the company under the leadership of Bremen-based General Manager Claudia Kilian.
Simon Burke Managing Director of EllaPure, said: “I am delighted we can make this announcement and welcome our German friends on board. Since EllaPure started last year we have achieved better than anticipated results.
Our expansion into Germany is the next big step for us, but there are many more to follow.”
Fifty Consultants have already signed up for EllaPure, Germany and that figure is expected to double by the end of July. Sales target areas have already been identified in the north of the country and EllaPure also plan to focus on key towns and cities in the South.
Simon adds: “Realistically we plan to have three hundred direct sellers in Germany by the end of the year. Our research shows that people in Germany have a desire for our type of product and those that are made of natural ingredients so we have a great foundation to build on and explore.”
EllaPure’s range of organic, natural and pure products use only 100% fresh ingredients and are formulated without using Parabens and do not include any trace of SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) or SLES (Sodium Laureth Ether Sulfate) – cheap, powerful chemical detergents commonly found in many high street cosmetics AND cleaning products, which have been scientifically linked to causing skin irritation.
Back on the home front EllaPure has also started to trade in Inverness, Scotland. Launched there in May 2011 they already have 60 direct sellers in this region who have reported positive sales in their first two months. EllaPure was launched in April 2010 and now has over 200 direct sellers.
