CREO — Who Are We?

WE could start this article with an ordinary outline of our company. However we would rather share with you the sense of our vision and mission, our skills set and the reasons for our success. But most importantly we would like to give you a feeling as to how the integration of our expertise into your corporate sales and marketing platforms will help you optimise one of the key building blocks of your business – the power that is born from the collective energy of the gathering of direct sales Agents, Distributors and Consultants.

 

CREO — Our History

CREO was formed 20 years ago in Milan out of the vision of our Managing Director Mr. Gianfranco Maiorana. In Italy, at that time, interactive projection was in its early stages and Gianfranco saw the opportunity to capitalise on this nascent technology and apply the power of visual aid to the world of conferences and communication. A humble beginning perhaps but the first step on a journey which has led CREO to where it is today and sets the groundwork for the our future.

Originally the company focused on the B2B business world providing stage and set design to various Italian agencies. During that time CREO developed its unique point of view in terms of design, concept, communication, service levels and integration of the mosaic of tools at our fingertips into the sphere of live event productions. In 2005 we had our first ‘direct sales’ experience and one could say it was love at first sight. There is something about the power of direct sales that is very evocative. To develop an understanding of this business takes time. A direct sales experience is different – it is an intoxicating gathering of energy and power. Whilst this may sound a bit dramatic in terms of writing, we have seen the emotion that is brought to these meetings, the energy that is amassed, and the recharged enthusiasm that the participants return home with.

Put simply we are an events, incentive, communication and DMC agency with a creative ‘savoir-faire’ reflecting our Italian roots and flavoured with traditional Mediterranean hospitality. With our years of international experience CREO has become a leader in the art of conceptualising, realising and organising corporate events, individually tailored down to the finest detail.

Working in partnership with our clients, internal teams, and supplier base we create and implement modern events, corporate communication, marketing, incentive, motivational and training strategies all over the world. Every partnership is a unique story and we take great pride in the long-term relationships we have built up with our clients.

Our multinational/multilingual teams have become industry leaders in the art of breathing life into direct sales, marketing, web and events strategies. We mirror our clients’ needs by delivering projects that are fresh, challenging and engaging. Supported by a dynamic team of account managers, event planners, set designers, graphic and audio-visual specialists we work together to craft programmes that are unique to each of our clients’ expectations.

And, as we have gathered experience over the years, we have developed a unique insight into the integration of this emotional energy and translated it into winning sales and marketing platforms for our corporate direct sales clients. We understand that our clients expect a rate of return on their investments. Sales and marketing incentives are key drivers in this business and they must be handled with care and attention to detail. We provide more than the ‘nuts and bolts’ in the organisation of an event – we work with our clients to create strategies that touch the participants’ emotions and strengthen core relations and loyalties to the company. Be it new sales strategies, product launches, award ceremonies, rallies, challenges, road shows or simply a series of face to face meetings – we have done it all.

CREO — An experience base all over the world!

Over the past years we have developed programmes all over the world, ranging in size from 8 to 8,000 participants that run from two hour mega sales rallies to 14 day
integrated incentives. What our clients value is the all-inclusive nature of the service we provide. To quote one of them recently, “It is so reassuring to have a ‘one stop shop’ and to know that there is a whole team rather than just an individual behind our event!” We bring to the table our in-house experience in all areas of the business.

In terms of price we are very competitive as the majority of services already exist in-house. For other services we contract directly with suppliers and work with a realistic interpretation of our client’s budget – but somehow we always find ways to amaze! We believe our competitive edge comes from the ability to provide a full range of services to bring your vision to a 3-dimensional reality!

Our team has created, contracted and managed projects on every continent except one (Antarctica) in a wide variety of exciting, challenging, and inspirational destinations. We know how to approach the international market place and manage the local reality to match and mirror your international expectations. Currently we are working on a 7 day project for 5,000 participants with over 9 hotels, 2,600 room nights, 2 seated dinners, multiple conferences and meetings, full transfers, excursions, entertainment programmes and of course communication platforms. In the past years we have managed projects in Aruba, Australia, Belgium, China (PRC), Dominican Republic, Dubai, France, Greece, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Malaysia, Malta, Mauritius, Morocco, Mexico, New Zealand, Panama, Portugal, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom, Zambia, and Zanzibar.

CREO — Our Team

Over recent years we have added to our team and capitalised on our strengths. We now have a team of 30 of whom 15 focus predominantly on our direct sales clients. Within this team we have an operations group, a finance group, an interactive communication/video/web design group and a live events production team. In the past year we have added new team members who join us with over 10 years of experience managing VIP and ‘mega’ events for one of the largest direct sales companies in the world. Their experience provides us with that additional ‘direct sales edge’.

We have a great deal of experience in building incentives, events and conferences from the ground up. Starting from concept, to destination selection, to vendor management, to creative development, to delivery – we cover it all.
