Celebrating Two Years of Success in the UK: It’s a Family Affair at Arbonne!

Arbone, based at Grange Park, Northampton, celebrated two successful years in the UK in November 2009, by reporting record-breaking sales and growth. Independent Consultant numbers have now grown to more than 6,000 and are predicted to rise further in early 2010. At the recently held National Training Conference in Blackpool, four Regional Vice Presidents, two proud Executive Regional Vice Presidents and one National Vice President lined up their white Mercedes as testaments to their achievements and recognition of their hard work.

This was followed just weeks later when the company had further cause for celebration as a further three Leaders were promoted, one to National Vice President and two to Regional Vice President.

Linda Chadwick, Regional Sales Manager, commented, “By next year’s conference, there could well be a car park full of fabulous white Mercedes cars and a conference full of incredibly successful leaders.” Asked by Direct Selling News Europe what was contributing to the Company’s UK success she went on to say, “First and foremost, Arbonne sells fantastic products, we offer an incredible opportunity, a desirable Success Plan and masses of support to help our
clients grow their businesses. It really is the best of both worlds, being an entrepreneur, shaping your own business and being part of a fantastic global business”.

Arbonne also has many members of the same family working alongside each other. Executive National Vice President, Caroline McFarlan works with her husband, Bill McFarlan, who is an Executive District Manager, her daughter, Emma McFarlan; and sister, Claire Shenkin, are Area Managers. National Vice President Gordon Fraser is going from strength to strength along with his partner, Iain Pritchard, who is an Executive Regional Vice President. Iain’s mother, Sue Pritchard, is also a Regional Vice President and his father, Jim Pritchard, is a rising star currently at District Manager level. Both Gordon and Iain revel in all that the Arbonne Opportunity affords them, and are delighted to see how Iain’s parents have turned around their fortunes and grown in ambition and confidence through the Company’s Success Plan. Leona Fell, Regional Vice President, and her husband Andy, who is an Area Manager, have also realised the benefits of working together and are successfully growing their teams in Scotland. The newest pair to join the ‘family affair’ are field leaders Claire Shaw, Regional Vice President, and her son Sam Shaw, who is Area Manager.

Vicky Beckett, Acting General Manager, said “Our Consultants see Arbonne as a chance to share some great products and a fantastic opportunity. This is really what makes us different; it is so much more than just direct selling, and all those involved in our business share a belief in that. We often talk about the Arbonne ‘why?’ This is an individual’s reason for doing Arbonne as a business. Examples of ‘the whys?’ span a huge and diverse range, from support for a family or a new grandchild, an opportunity to transform confidence or give financial freedom. It starts with sharing the products and opportunity and ends with sharing success and watching teams achieve their goals, overcome barriers and grow
in confidence and ability. Arbonne is a company that is succeeding despite the economic downturn.”

Arbonne currently has more than 6,000 Consultants across the UK and is gearing up for the company’s 30th birthday in 2010, where the corporate aim is to make Arbonne a multibillion dollar business.
