The Pampered Chef
The Pampered Chef held their UK Leadership Summit conference recently and was delighted to be able to present a cheque for £149,305.10 to Cancer Research UK, from their ‘Help Whip Cancer’ campaign, which supports the fight against breast cancer.
Funds were raised through the sale of ‘pink products’ at cooking shows, individual cash donations, donations from ‘Help Whip Cancer’ fundraiser shows and Consultants taking part in Race for Life. TPC are thrilled at the amount raised by their Consultants, which takes the total donated by the company since 2007 to just under 1 million pounds!
The cheque was accepted by Claire Rowney (Head of Corporate Partners) and Kelly Gleason (Senior Research Nurse) from Cancer Research UK.
