People on the Move
Didier Schluchter
Country Manager for Neways’
German-speaking markets.
I am Swiss and married with 3 young children. People tell me that I am a great communicator and a natural linguist being trilingual in French, German and English.
A keen networker, I was born for a career in the Network Marketing industry and had several years experience with Tahitian Noni International, before joining Neways in 2009.
Working for Neways gives me the freedom to work around my family, which I really appreciate having young children.
This is ONE of the many advantages that the direct selling industry offers to the Distributors. Working with my colleagues from our European office, our goal is to offer our Distributors the tools and support they need, to make their job as easy and rewarding as possible.
With our motto, ‘Safety-Conscious Ingredients and Healthy Homes,’ Neways will always be on the top of Science and Research and therefore provide to its Distributors the newest and best products.
Neways maintains a list of more than 2,600 controversial ingredients that we strive to avoid in our products. Since 1992, we have pioneered the development of safetyconscious products in the categories of nutrition, personal care, and household care. Neways proactively researches ingredient safety with our Scientific Advisory Board, and our products are based on global research.
Neways also offers a generous compensation plan, worldclass ownership and leadership opportunities, environmental responsibility and in-house state-of-the-art manufacturing.
Network Marketing is a win-win situation – there can be no losers.
SHAUN CHARITY
Country Manager, Neways BVBA
In 1987 when the next step on my personal career ladder beckoned, I joined my first Network Marketing Company as a Sales Promotions Manager. It’s where I served my apprenticeship and learned my trade. That company turned over £100 million in its first three years and its top Distributors were making £40,000 a month plus!
When that company closed, I learned an important lesson. If you’re going to build a business to last a lifetime, you have to choose a company that’s going to last equally as long.
A financially secure, ethical company with big dreams and the management to achieve them; a range of consumable products with a unique selling proposition, which people want; a compensation plan to reward the Distributors who are our route to market and an opportunity for the masses which anyone can take advantage of.
In Neways we have all of the above – in spades!
It’s why I’m proud to play my part in Neways’ plans to expand throughout Europe.
As corporate management our role is to continually innovate and develop, without losing sight of the basic principles upon which our industry is founded. Yet our Distributors are really the key, they are the real lifeblood of our business.
As long as we can provide them with the tools and support they need to succeed, then our success as a company is guaranteed.
2010? Bring it on... at Neways we haven’t even started yet!!
